Beautiful Day!

Wednesday was an absolutely gorgeous day. As soon as Aaron got home from work we headed to the park. It made us all anxious for spring.

Valentines Party

Celia got to go to Max's Valentines party at school with me. Celia was thrilled to go, and even more excited when the kids starting handing her candy!
Max had a really good time too. He was such a great big brother. He included Celia in everything, and made sure to show her around the class. The valentines that Max handed out had tattoos with them. Max put about six on his face that we could not get off for about a week!

Ever had this happen to you?

Although Aaron is usually riveted by my every word, there are occasions when we (I) talk that I realize that Aaron has not necessarily been focused on me, but on something else. Perhaps the computer?

And world order is restored

Enough said.

Even royalty needs rest.

The duties of a Princess can take their toll. Celia finally gave in to sleep.

Two snow days, and mom is losing her mind!

We have had really bad weather lately. Not Nebraska bad, but NW Arkansas bad. So, the kids have been home from school and stuck indoors for two days. Usually I love having the kids home. I am always sad to see the summer end knowing how much I will miss them. Snow days are much different. They have been CRAZY, CRAZY, CRAZY!!!!!!

Today we decided to get out of the house for at least a little while. We ran errands and then stopped by wal-mart to get some crafts to do. The kids decided on some hats to decorate. They had fun and the mess was contained in one area.

Colts are going to the Super Bowl!!!

Conner wearing Colts apparel.
Wait a minute, is that Conner wearing Colts apparel?
Wow, it looks as thought Conner is wearing something with the Colts logo on it!

If you haven't guessed by now, Conner LOVES the Colts. He is sooo excited for the Super Bowl. Aaron and I were going to have a Super Bowl party and then decided that because Conner is the biggest Colts fan ever, he should be the one to get to have a party. He is having a couple of friends over Sunday night, and we are going to make a bunch of appetizers and then cheer on the Colts!

Celia turned 3

On January 24th Celia turned three years old! I can't believe how quickly time has gone. It seemed like we just brought her home. We all had a great day celebrating. Aaron had the WHOLE day off which was wonderful. As soon as the boys got home from school we all went to the park to play. That is one of Celia's favorite things to do. Then we let Celia go and pick out a toy, went to McDonalds, came home and had birthday cake, and we all just played the rest of the night. Celia loved being Princess for the day, although I don't know if it felt much different from every other day. She is AlWAYS our Princess!!!

Celia's Princess birthday cake. This was my favorite birthday cake that we have every gotten. We got it at Rick's bakery and we will get all of our cakes there from now on.
