Max got to bring home some hermit crabs that his classroom takes care of. It was especially cool because he got to have them over a long weekend. Celia loved them too, and said they were really cute, but would not touch them. Max kept playing with them, and when he had to take them back to school I thought he would be a little sad. I asked him if he missed them and he said that he was glad to take them back because they were beginning to creep him out.
This is a close up of one of the crabs. This one is named George. Max really likes this picture so we figured we should post it too.
